New Year - New Decade
I started off the New Year with a race in Eugene. It was my third race where I just tried to walk as fast as possible. Today’s race was another well run event. There was even a pancake breakfast after but I passed on that. All three of my walking “races” have been 43 minutes plus. I’m happy with that for now.

Let’s see what 2020 brings. My hope is that it includes a lot of adventures with family and friends! How many of those final 11 states to race in will I be able to check off is a big question mark that only time can answer.
I finished 2nd in the 70-74 age group so it was a nice start to a new year. Now it’s just kick back and watch bowl games.
